The founder
I'm Sloane, a Houston native and the founder of Sloane Studio, now based in Encinitas, California. For the past three years I've worked exclusively inside the luxury real estate world: home builders, interior designers, architects, event producers, and the occasional wedding I couldn't say no to.
My work spans Southern California and Texas. The clients have been different in every market, but the through-line has been the same: a brand whose work deserved a storyteller, not a content calendar.
I started Sloane Studio because the firms I admire most were stuck hiring generalist social media managers who treated their work like every other small business. The result was content that looked like everyone else's, and that didn't reflect the years of craft behind the work.
The way I work is collaborative and process-driven. I sit with founders. I learn how a firm thinks before I think about what to post. I treat every project like a feature, not a feed. The personal touch isn't a marketing line, it's the whole way the studio is built.

Approach
Monthly content gets planned the way a magazine plans a feature. We pull from the firm's project calendar, the conversations we have with the principal, and what we're seeing in the market that month. Every post has a reason to exist before it gets shot. We don't fill a feed, we build a body of work.
Monthly or quarterly strategy review calls, built around decisions rather than dashboards. We don't chase vanity metrics. We focus on the things that actually set a firm up for consistent growth and a loyal, engaged following, and we leave every call with a clear next step.
